Fantasy Sports Commish guarantees its software to perform as advertised. If for some reason the software does not live up to the level outlined on these pages, a full refund will honored during your first 30 days of service upon request with these conditions:

• Fantasy Sports Commish's Tech Support is allowed the opportunity to address any technical problem first and provide a remedy.

• No refund will be honored if the users league goes defunct. We are not liable for the organization of the league.

• No refund will be honored if we believe there has been a fraudulent claim or a fraudulent credit card charge.

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Fantasy Sports Commish reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Pike Fantasy Sport's Web site.
